CEC announces official results of elections by party lists

The Central Election Commission officially announced and signed a protocol on the voting results at the early elections of people’s deputies October 26 in the national multi-mandate constituency.
A relevant protocol was signed by the CEC members in a regime of a meeting late at night on Monday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
At the same time, CEC Deputy Head Zhanna Usenko-Chorna said that she signed the protocol with a separate opinion, since the Commission received an appeal for election fraud.
Thus, as a result of voting of Ukrainians, six political forces passed to the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII Convocation: People’s Front (22.14%), Petro Poroshenko Bloc (21.81), Samopomich (10.97), Opposition Bloc (9.43), Radical Party of Oleh Liashko (7.44) and Batkivshchyna (5.68).
The All-Ukrainian Association Svoboda lacks 0.29% of votes in order to overcome the 5% threshold and get to the new parliament.
In addition, 3,88% of electors voted for the CPU, Strong Ukraine by Serhiy Tyhypko – 3.11%, Civil Position by Anatoliy Hrytsenko – 3.10%, All-Ukrainian Agrarian Association ZASTUP – 2.65%, Right Sector – 1.80%.
Other 17 parties had less than one percent. In particular, the least votes – by 0.05% had the political party Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Liberal Party of Ukraine.
By the lists of parties, 64 representatives of the People’s Front are people’s deputies, as well as 63 – from the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko, 32 – from Samopomich, 27 – from the Opposition Bloc, 22 – from the Radical Party of Liashko, and 17 – from the Batkivshchyna.
According to the existing legislation, now persons, who passed to the Verkhovna Rada in the lists of the parties, should over a 20-day term submit to the Central Election Commission the necessary documents for their registration as people’s deputies of Ukraine.
To remind, during the early parliamentary elections, Ukrainians elected 423 people’s deputies – 225 – by party lists and 198 – in single-seat constituencies.
