Braveheart detained, who hung out flag of Ukraine on Moscow high-rise

The Moscow police have detained a man, who hung out a yellow-blue flag on the high-rise of Kotelnicheskaya Embankment.
The ITAR-TASS informs, referring to the law enforcement authorities.
“The suspect in the offense was arrested and taken to the police department for investigation,” the agency interlocutor said.
The institution of a criminal case is considered.
The Ukrainian flag from the building have been already removed by climbers.
As reported, last night, in Moscow, the unknown repainted the star on the steeple of the Stalinist skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment and hung the Ukrainian flag.
The residential house on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment in Moscow is one of the high-rise buildings, built at the mouth of Yauza in 1938-1952. The house has 26 floors, the height – 176 meters. Living in the house at various times were Lyudmila Zykina, Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Faina Ranevskaya, Andrei Voznesensky, Konstantin Paustovsky, Yuri Lyubimov.
