“Released are: Vlasov S.N. (the 30th brigade), Koshovy A.V. (30), Lutsenko A.V. (30), Fedeniuk D.V. (military unit No. 4150), Shulha H.I. (the 72nd brigade) Syty V.A. (72), Filatov wrote.
To remind, the Center to release captives, headed by Volodymyr Ruban, is located in Dnipropetrovsk.
