11 Ukrainian servicemen killed in Donbas over past 24 hours

in the area of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) 11 servicemen have been killed over the past 24 hours, 41 more wounded, Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) Information and Analysis Center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“Over the past 24 hours 11 Ukrainian servicemen have been killed, 41 wounded,” Lysenko said.
At the same time, he noted that these losses do not include the “incident near Donetsk”, where the militants shot out a bus with soldiers of a territorial defence battalion, some of whom were members of the Right Sector. “With regard to the situation near Donetsk, we still do not have clear information, how many people have been killed. These are the people of a territorial defence battalion,” Lysenko said.
He pointed out that a person who is going to serve in a military formation automatically terminates membership in any political party. “So, saying that the Right Sector has been shot out is inappropriately, because today it is a political force,” Lysenko said.
