Bishkek, September 16/ Kabar /. The time of the meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State in Bishkek has been postponed in connection with the delay of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s flight.
The press service of the Kyrgyz President’s Office reports that due to the bad weather in Moscow Vladimir Putin’s flight is delayed.
According to the program of the jubilee summit of CIS Heads of State the meeting was scheduled to start at 16:00 local time.
Currently, Presidents of Armenia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have already arrived in Kyrgyzstan. Only 7 of heads of state will attend the summit. …read more
