Bishkek, September 14 / Kabar /. A surprise is expecting participants of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of States after the meeting, Sapar Isakov, the head of foreign policy department of the Kyrgyz President’s Office told today at a briefing.
He said that on September 16 there will be a meeting in narrow format, where only the heads of states and heads of delegations of Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Turkmenistan meet. Then the expanded meeting will be held. After that, the head of the CIS Executive Committee Sergei Lebedev will make a statement to the press.
