The Polish ministry of foreign affairs on Wednesday said the country is ready to â€œplead its case before the European Court of Justiceâ€ in response to the European Commissionâ€™s decision to launch an infringement procedure against Warsaw for failing to comply with its obligations on migration.
The Commission Tuesday said it would prepare penalties over refugee inactionÂ against Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary for refusing to accept any refugees as part of an EU relocation scheme.
