This week’s EU Council summit will not decide what to do with the EU-Ukraine trade treaty, rejected by Dutch voters in an April referendum, Netherlands prime minister Mark Rutte told journalists. He said he needed agreement from Dutch political parties and the Ukrainian government before he could propose anything.
