Markets have turned mixed after negative headlines out of Ukraine. Headlines from Bloomberg said that Ukraine troops “destroy” part of an armed convoy from Russia. The Dow is now down 14 points, the S&P 500 is up less than 1 point, and the Nasdaq is up 9 points. Bonds are also rallying, with the yield on the U.S. 10-year bond falling to 2.38%.
