Paris (AFP) – President Francois Hollande said Thursday that while France and Berlin had chosen diplomacy rather than arming Kiev troops against the pro-Russian separatists, negotiations could not drag on forever.Other than arming Ukraine “there is another option, it is not certain it will succeed but if we don’t try we will never know.
