Armenians are protesting over price hikes — and Russia’s not pleased


Thousands in Armenia’s capital Yerevan have been protesting over a 17-22% electricity price hike coming on August 1. Things got particularly ugly over the weekend when police unleashed water cannons, and 237 protestors were arrested. (They have since been released.)
