Monument to Garegin Nzhdeh was erected in the center of Yerevan because Nzhdeh is a national hero of Armenian nation, Deputy Speaker of Armenian Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov told ArmInfo’s correspondent commenting on Russian Foreign minister Maria Zakharova’s statement.
