Reforming the civil service in Armenia remains one of the European Union’s priorities, Ambassador Piotr Switalski, the Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, told ArmInfo.
“Civil service is an important link in the administrative system. The EU supports the reforms in Armenia,” the ambassador said adding that the EU welcomes the civil service reform vision presented by Manvel Badalyan, the head of the civil service department, at the event dedicated to civil service reforms in the country.
The European diplomat said a new law on civil service is being drafted. A strategy on it was adopted in December 2015. …read more
