ArmInfo. More Ukrainian lawmakers have joined the draft document on recognition of Armenian Genocide. The draft document was initiated by people’s deputy Vitaly Barvinenko.
Genocide.org.ua reports that people’s deputies of Ukraine Dmitry Svyatash (Revival Party group), Mykhailo Dobkin and Dmitry Dobkin (Opposition Bloc) have joined the draft document.
To recall, on 6 June 2013, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada registered a draft decision on the recognition of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey in 1915. The initiators of the bill No.2254 were people’s deputies of Ukraine Vilen Shatvoryan, Arsen Avakov and Nver Mkhitaryan.
