Azerbaijan caused a series of Baku’s harsh statements towards EU. Azerbaijan’s
Ministry of Foreign Affairs canceled the visit of EU Parliament delegation to
Baku, which threatened the negotiations on Azerbaijan-EU strategic partnership.
