ArmInfo.Within American Project Harmony NGO for the recent three years 45 projects had been implemented at the post soviet area at total cost of $10mln. The projects, aimed at training of young leaders, are funded by USA Department of State, as Life portal informs. Harmony has a large range of offices, only at post soviet area-in Moscow, Kiev, Yerevan and Tbilisi. The head office of the international organization is in Vermont, USA.
