Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said on Tuesday that Washington remains a strategic partner for Kiev.
“From the moment of recognizing Ukrainian independence, the United States remains Ukraine’s reliable and strategic partner on the bilateral level and on the level of international organizations.
